Job Description
The Office Services Specialist II is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations functions of the Office Services department while providing quality system support to the retail office network, contact center and/or internal departments for proprietary computer applications. This position provides support for end users, performs relevant administrative duties, and implements and supports Cash Recyclers, Cash Dispensers, and Coin Machines.Essential Functions
Ensure compliance with third party vendors and agenciesCultivate relationships with various departments Cultivate relationships with vendorsComplete various administration duties as required Update and develop assigned Operations ManualsProvide quality systems support for the Call Center/Retail Network in relation to the CARE System Provide guidance and support for the Cash Recyclers/Cash Dispensers and Coin MachinesDiagnose and resolve operational issues Create and update user profilesPerform testing on CARE Teller/Platform System Perform data entry as requiredMaintain appropriate departmental records and reports Maintain assigned sub systems and/or platform systemsImplement and support new policies and procedures Assist in education and procedures trainingsRecommend improvements to procedures Recommend product enhancementsRecommend service and delivery alternatives Attempt to exceed departmental expectationsAdditional Essential Functions Essential FunctionsEnsure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a team Work with on-site equipmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesComplete special projects and other duties as assigned by managementSafety and Health for those without supervisory duties Abide by the rules of the safety and loss prevention programPerform work tasks in a safe manner Report any and all injuries to supervisorKnow what to do in case of an emergencyQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
