Primary Responsibilities

Manage construction job projects start to finish
Perform detailed and accurate data entry, job file notes, and handling job project finances
Coordinate crew and job scheduling
Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
Schedule sub contractors
Obtain customer selections
Assist other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

3+ year(s) of project management or construction experience
Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software, utilize CRM
Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours

Meet the needs of our customers but standard hours are 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience.
