Position Summary:
The Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for overseeing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive environment. This includes communicating with multiple individuals and ensuring operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Location: Findlay, Ohio 45840
Job Type: Part-time (approx. 8-12 hours per week)
The Responsibilities:
- Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
- Provide guidance and answer basic questions
- Complete onboarding paperwork and brief on company policies
- Consistent communication with recruiters and managers
The Qualifications:
Must have customer service experience
Previous onboarding, HR, or staffing industry experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented
