Job Description
Taylor Management is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Onsite Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a residential property and ensuring that residents enjoy a high standard of living. This is a 3-day-a-week position for an active adult community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, resident relations, and administrative duties.
- Ensure that all property maintenance and repairs are promptly addressed and completed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Manage property budgets and financial records, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and income.
- Implement and enforce community rules, regulations, and policies in collaboration with the homeowners association.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Onsite Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
