Operations Intern

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in operational processes, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations and help ensure communication and documentation are seamless across English and Spanish-speaking teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with operational tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and process tracking
• Translate and proofread internal and external documents (English Spanish)
• Support communication between departments and Spanish-speaking stakeholders
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and workflow documentation
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program or recent graduate
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
