Job Description

We are looking for a Program Supervisor who is ready to lead with passion and be a key part of the solution for someone who is really struggling.

About the Role

As a Program Supervisor, you will be the ultimate coach and mentor for our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Your leadership will be the catalyst for ensuring that we deliver exceptional, evidence-based care. By guiding your team in using effective, trauma-informed interactions, you'll directly impact the well-being, progress, and independence of our clients.

Your mission is to:

  • Empower Your Team: Lead, inspire, and develop your team of DSPs. This includes everything from collaborating with Human Resources on hiring and training to providing meaningful feedback and conducting performance reviews.

  • Ensure Excellence in Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring every client's health, safety, and personal goals are met. You'll monitor client care, medication administration, and the implementation of individual plans.

  • Drive Program Success: Manage all program operations, including staffing schedules, budgets, and on-call responsibilities. You will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team of clinical and case managers to support the program's goals and propel our mission forward.

  • Cultivate a Thriving Environment: Create a positive and supportive workplace where every team member feels valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work. You'll be a role model for effective communication, teamwork, and our commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement and Trauma Informed Care.

Minimum Qualifications

This role requires a dedicated leader with a proven track record of making a difference.

  • A Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology with at least two years of professional experience working with children, including one year in a residential facility and one year of supervisory experience. OR

  • A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of five years of professional experience working with children, including at least two years in a residential facility.

  • Prior supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.

  • Requires a valid driver's license.

COMPENSATION

  • Starting at $30.33 up to $44.60 an hour based on experience and qualifications EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
