Job Title: Water Blaster Truck Operator Schedule: Full-Time Pay: Competitive Pay Benefits: Full Benefits Package + Overtime Available
Job Overview: We’re hiring a Water Blaster Truck Operator to join our team! This role involves much more than driving; you’ll be actively working on job sites, operating specialized equipment, and supporting field crews to ensure safe and efficient project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including a water blaster truck, with accuracy and safety
- Perform daily inspections and assist with routine equipment maintenance
- Work directly on job sites to support project setup, operation, and cleanup
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, operators, engineers, and DOT personnel
- Complete required documentation, including logs, inspection forms, and fuel reports
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Must pass a drug screening
- Able to stand on concrete for long periods and work in confined spaces under equipment
- Willing to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, dust)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience operating a water blaster truck or similar heavy equipment
