Orthodontic Dental Assistant – Full-Time Position

Dental Health Orthodontics | Madison, WIJoin a locally owned, doctor-led practice where your growth and contributions truly matter. We're seeking a passionate Orthodontic Assistant to work alongside Dr. Ammar Alsamawi in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist orthodontists during procedures while ensuring patient comfort
  • Prepare, sterilize, and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment
  • Take dental x-rays and impressions following safety protocols
  • Educate patients on orthodontic care and proper oral hygiene
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling
  • Create positive patient experiences through excellent care and communication

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with commitment to excellent patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the orthodontic field

Preferred:

  • Previous orthodontic or dental assistant experience
  • Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and terminology
  • Knowledge of dental software systems
