Job Description
Talent Consultants is seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide surgical and non-surgical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and diseases. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a variety of orthopedic procedures and will work closely with a team to enhance patient outcomes and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history and clinical evaluation.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques, such as MRI and CT scans, to guide diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide non-surgical care options, including physical rehabilitation and pain management protocols.
- Monitor patient progress during postoperative recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and lifestyle modifications.
- Engage in continuous medical education and research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Active medical license and DEA registration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery.
- Proficient in a wide variety of orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Experience with trauma surgery and pediatric orthopedic care is a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
