Job Description
Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Salary: $28-$35 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Support discharge planning by contributing to clinical assessments and patient education
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy Assistant license is required.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred, but new grads are welcome!
