Outpatient Therapy Program Supervisor

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor to join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) in New Bern, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

What You’ll Do

As the Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the outpatient clinic team in New Bern, NC. You will be in charge of marketing, quality improvement and compliance, team training, as well as monitoring administrative policies. The Program Supervisor provides area supervision as well as direct supervision of the team to ensure growth, consistency, and financial viability of the program; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.

You’ll earn a competitive salary of $65,000-74,000, based on your skills and experience plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8am-5 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. This position is on-site. What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support. We also require: 

• Full MH licensure: LCSW, LCMHC
• Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience, in substance use preferred
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
