PACE Leadership Development Program FellowJob Summary:The PACE Leadership Development Program Fellow is a unique leadership development track designed for early-career professionals with combined legal and business expertise. Associates will complete a six-month immersive rotation across PACE operations—learning billing, compliance, pharmacy connections, EMR platforms, AI applications, and healthcare management systems—before being placed in a regional leadership role. The program’s mission is to cultivate entrepreneurial leaders who will launch and grow PACE Hubs, supporting expansion efforts that include opening new centers, filling critical roles, and scaling services for underserved senior populations.Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured six-month rotation covering all aspects of PACE operations, including billing, compliance, pharmacy integration, EMR/IT platforms, and AI-driven systems
- Support leadership in planning and launching new PACE centers in California, including hiring for 50+ positions and operational setup
- Contribute to the development and management of PACE Hubs—regional hubs designed for service expansion, workforce development, and patient care innovation
- Work closely with executives, clinical leaders, and operations teams to align business and regulatory requirements
- Apply legal and business training to real-world healthcare challenges, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainability
- Drive projects that improve operational workflows, technology integration, and patient experience
- Prepare analyses, reports, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and program growth
- Develop leadership and management skills through mentorship, hands-on assignments, and exposure to senior executives
- JD/MBA degree required, with 1+ year of business or legal experience
- Strong interest in healthcare delivery, aging services, and innovative care models like PACE
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially in complex organizations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with technology, data platforms, and emerging AI applications in healthcare
- Adaptable, results-oriented, and eager to grow into a regional leadership role
- Commitment to mission-driven work serving vulnerable and underserved populations
