Location: Dover, Delaware

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Supply production work centers with raw materials and remove completed components

• Safely move skids, totes, sleeves, and other materials throughout the facility

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking using a handheld device

• Keep your area clean and organized following 5S and safety standards

• Support quality control and quarantine materials when required

• Partner with team members and leaders to identify and resolve process issues quickly

• Handle equipment startup and shutdown as scheduled

• Communicate effectively during shift changes to keep operations seamless

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months - company assistance available)

• Experience: 1-6 months in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift or move 25-60 lbs. frequently (assisted lift over 50 lbs.)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Skills: Dependable, safety-minded, organized, and a strong communicator
