Job Description
Pries is looking for a 2nd shift packing machine operator to add to our packing anodize team!
This shift is from 2pm-10pm and possibly until midnight if working overtime, Monday-Friday with a possible Saturday depending on production. Starting at up to $22 per hour!
Duties include:
- Ensure proper packing materials are available for scheduled packing
- Operate packing machine line in our anodize building to keep material moving
- Review and relay daily production numbers
- Use of company email to convey important information
- Organize operator’s area and machine setup
- Label and move material to designated area for shipment via forklift or mule
- Crosstrain an efficient crew to cover for absenteeism
- Assistance with end of month inventory management
- Promote and implement continuous improvement
- Assist teams in movement of product and inventory
- Comply with and enforce all safety policies, practices, and procedures within the department. Report all unsafe activities to supervision and or Safety and assess immediate corrective actions
- Maintains reliable and consistent attendance
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
