Summary

We are seeking a paralegal to join our legal team, with a focus on contract review and management. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the contracting process operates efficiently and in accordance with applicable law.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in the review, and negotiation of supplier/customer agreements and related legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate responses to requests for proposals, bids and tenders and assist in developing standard operating procedures for government contracting.
• Close collaboration with in-house legal counsel and relevant stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
• Maintain contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and accessible.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (including IP, finance, regulatory, and IT) on contract matters.
• Verify contracts are signed and maintained in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration or as a paralegal with a strong focus on contract review and management.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
• Experience with government contracting is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
