About the Role:

Join The Learning Experience #275 as a Part Time Afternoon Floater, where you'll play a vital role in nurturing young minds! This exciting position offers a dynamic environment where you can engage with children and support our dedicated educators.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily classroom activities and ensure a safe, engaging environment.
• Support teachers by implementing lesson plans and facilitating group activities.
• Supervise children during outdoor play and meal times.
• Provide one-on-one support to children as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Adapt to different classrooms and age groups as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially afternoons.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Positive attitude and passion for child development.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Background check required upon hiring.
