Pay Scale: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
File Clerk Responsibilities
- File A-Z order all customer deal jackets
- Breakdown all customer deal jackets into specified inventory jackets
- Scan all accounting checks
- Scan all accounting month end files
- Assist office staff with any other needed tasks
File Clerk Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
