Part-Time On-Site Lead / Support – Evening Shift

We are seeking a Part-Time On-Site Lead / Support professional to assist with evening and weekend operations at one of our client locations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong people personality, leadership mindset, and interest in recruiting and employee support within a diverse workforce.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-Time Evening Shift
• Possible schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday coverage: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM and/or 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Sundays as needed

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support during second shift operations

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and client leadership during assigned hours

• Assist with employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and daily workforce needs

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations efforts

• Communicate effectively with a multilingual workforce

• Deliver high-quality customer service to both clients and employees

• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting

• Help maintain a positive, productive, and compliant onsite work environment

• Support weekend coverage as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Preferable onsite, lead, or supervisory experience

• Recruiting and management background strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, approachable, and professional demeanor

• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting a diverse workforce; site recruits heavily Spanish, Vietnamese, and Haitian-speaking employees

• Bilingual a strong plus (Spanish preferred; additional languages highly valued)

• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

• Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet-based systems preferred)
