Part Time Custodian

Part Time - Custodian in Mountain View, WY Union Wireless is seeking a part-time custodian to help us clean and maintain the work environment for safe and healthy functionality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, bathrooms, break rooms, and other office spaces. Empty trash and garbage containers. Ensure buildings and surrounding areas are clean and in orderly condition. Notify Custodian Manager concerning the need for major repairs. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hour emergencies where custodial support is needed. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the trade. Skills in the custodial, janitorial and/or housekeeping field. Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
