DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Enforce security policies and regulations related to company operationsMonitor security camera to watch for disruptions or unlawful activitiesPerform hourly rounds of the facility to ensure the premises are secure and employees are safeMonitor incoming and outbound vehicles, personnel and visitorsAssist visitors in a courteous manner while following all established company visitation policies and proceduresRespond to all emergencies and take appropriate action until emergency services arriveCreate and maintain a daily patrol log to document incidents and activitiesPromptly provide management with detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents, accidents, or injuriesEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observedComplete the annual CTPAT Security Training Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLS

At least 5 years of experience providing armed building securityPREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Active or retired law enforcement experience preferredREQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED Certified Firearm Safety TrainingCPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certificationREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
