Job Description

Now Hiring: Part-Time After-School Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide afternoon therapy services. Preferred hours are weekday afternoons from 3–6 PM. A minimum of two afternoons per week is needed, with the option to extend to additional weekdays based on availability.

We’re a small, therapist-owned practice in Missoula offering a fun and supportive environment, a beautiful light-filled clinic space, and a philosophy rooted in joy, relationships, and evidence-based practice. Our treatment looks like play, but is driven by thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a whole-child approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Montana)

  • Advanced degree in Speech & Language Pathology

  • Pediatric experience (2+ years preferred)

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days)

  • Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

  • Bonus if you’re trained in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, or other pediatric specialties (not required)


Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech & language evaluations

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy

  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and fellow therapists

  • Document services clearly and promptly (daily notes, evals, progress notes)

  • Attend relevant team meetings and contribute to our positive clinic culture

  • Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional growth

  • Comply with HIPAA and uphold confidentiality standards
