What You’ll Do

• Lead the Parts department with integrity, discipline, and accountability from the front lines not the office.

• Build and coach a high-performance team of Parts advisors, ensuring trust, clarity, and teamwork drive every interaction.

• Take ownership of department performance, from customer satisfaction scores and Inventory control, to profitability.

• Establish and reinforce disciplined Inventory control systems that ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

• Empower your team to make decisions at every level, creating a culture of responsibility and growth.
