At HealthSource Chiropractic Southwest Fort Worth, we help patients regain their health through chiropractic care, progressive rehab, and wellness services. As a Patient Services & Compliance, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the front desk and back office operations—ensuring every patient has a smooth, compliant, and professional experience.
Hours: 📍 Mon–Thurs: 9:30am–7:00pm (includes a ~1 hour lunch) 📍 Fri: 11:00am–2:00pm
Who You Are: ✔️ A people person who enjoys helping patients and ensuring things run smoothly ✔️ Highly organized and able to manage multiple administrative priorities ✔️ Detail-oriented and committed to following insurance and billing protocols ✔️ Experienced or willing to learn insurance verification and compliance procedures ✔️ A problem solver with a proactive, get-it-done attitude ✔️ Comfortable communicating financial information to help patients commit to care ✔️ Skilled in scheduling and managing patient flow ✔️ Able to support front desk, back office, and occasional marketing efforts ✔️ Interested in long-term career growth in a busy, growing clinic ✔️ Willing to travel 1x/year for out-of-state Supercamp training (Thursday–Sunday)
What You’ll Do:
⭐ Insurance, Compliance & Admin Support
  • Verify patient insurance benefits and document accurately
  • Follow payer-specific protocols and help maintain compliance with policies
  • Support with billing, claims processes, and prior authorizations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and track required documentation
⭐ Patient & Front Desk Support
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Manage appointment schedules and help maintain efficient patient flow
  • Assist with intake paperwork and guide patients through care plans
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information securely
⭐ Operations & Communication
  • Respond to patient calls, emails, and faxes
  • Keep the clinic organized, professional, and fully stocked
  • Assist with internal systems and training protocols
  • Support clinic marketing events and outreach when needed
What You Need to Succeed: ✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills ✔️ Prior experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or insurance verification a plus ✔️ Ability to follow detailed protocols with accuracy ✔️ Comfortable using technology, with fast and accurate typing skills ✔️ Friendly and confident, even under pressure ✔️ Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
