We currently have multiple facilities located throughout the United States, Canada and the Philippines and are looking for motivated individuals to work in our corporate facility with our Human Resources department in a Payroll Assistant role.
Responsibilities
- Payroll (processing, time keeping, and bonus calculation)
- Maintaining records (processing hires, promotions, transfers and separations)
- Other clerical tasks, including filing and records management as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous payroll experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
