Job Description
Position Summary
Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused PBX Agent to serve as a vital communication hub for the resort. This role requires impeccable telephone etiquette, clear communication, and the ability to handle guest requests with efficiency and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Utilize approved verbiage and tone consistent with Forbes Five-Star and resort standards.
- Accurately process and document guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities, outlets, hours of operation, and services.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Handle reservation inquiries graciously and efficiently, directing calls appropriately.
- Maintain detailed logs of special guest requests and service recovery efforts.
- Remain calm, courteous, and attentive during high-volume call periods.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.00
