About the Role:
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to children from birth through age 18 in Broomfield, CO. You’ll work directly with families to support developmental progress and improve daily function through individualized care delivered in a comfortable, familiar setting.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
- Part-Time Caseload: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas
- Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

Requirements
- A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)
- NBCOT Certification
- Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
