About the Role: We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO. You’ll deliver individualized, goal-driven care that helps children build functional independence in the comfort of their homes.
$2,500 Sign On Bonus
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
- Full-Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $94,640 – $154,700

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas
- Educate and coach families for consistent home program support
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)
- NBCOT Certification
- Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
