Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to children with medical complexities in their home environment. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional care that empowers our clients.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status regularly.
- Provide direct nursing care to children, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Conduct physical examinations and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate families on health management and provide support for caregivers.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
Requirements
- Active RN/LPN license
- Mandated Reporter certificate
- Active CPR card
