Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilledPhysical Therapistto evaluate, treat, and educate pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role focuses on helping individuals recover frominjuries, disabilities, pain, and medical conditionsto regain optimal function and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Providedirect patient carewhile adhering to safety policies and best practices✔ Evaluate patients and develop individualizedtreatment plans✔ Deliverphysician-prescribed physical therapyto help patients achieve functional goals✔ Prioritize caseloads to ensuremaximum efficiencyand effective treatment delivery✔ Utilize appropriatetherapeutic modalitiesto improve or minimize physical disabilities✔ Collaborate withphysicians, caregivers, and hospital personnelfor holistic patient care✔ Providepatient and family educationto support home exercise programs and discharge planning✔ Maintainaccurate documentationfor effective communication with physicians and insurance providers
Qualifications:
✔Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree inPhysical Therapyfrom an accredited program✔Experience:Open tonew graduatesand experienced professionals✔License:New York State Physical Therapy Licenseor eligibility with a temporary permit
