Job Description
- Collaborate with the team on full-cycle recruitment from job postings through onboarding, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and timely hiring of qualified professionals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific program needs.
- Navigate employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism, with a focus on relationship-building and coaching.
- Represent the agency at job fairs, college visits, and recruiting events in collaboration with the recruiting administrator.
- Represent HR well by supporting projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field with 2 or more years of HR experience, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic employment law issues, in hiring and employee relations issues.
- Demonstrated understanding of hiring life cycle.
- Strong oral and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems preferred.
- Experience doing direct service work in health and human services is helpful.
