Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Independent Contractor Needed
Summary:
The Personal Care Assistant Contractor assists patients in their homes with all daily activities under the instruction of the RN Case Manager. These activities include everyday living, housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting, medication, mobility, and continence care as defined by the Plan of Care. The ideal person for this position has the experience, compassion, and a solid understanding of all aspects of patient home health care.
Compensation:We provide competitive pay at a range of $16-$20 an hourRequirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some experience preferred in healthcare or home health/hospice
- Safe driving record with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Must be able to pass background check
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
