Job Description

About SPCSHP

At SPCSHP, we're explorers, not settlers. We partner with ambitious brands ready to venture into new territory, push creative boundaries, and lead rather than follow.

We're a full-service creative shop built for brands that want to break new ground. Our diverse team of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds, and makers brings bold ideas to life for some of the world's most innovative and culturally connected brands. If you thrive on exploration, creative risk-taking, and charting new paths, you belong here.

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who is both strategic and hands-on, has a strong management sensibility, and is 100% committed to delivering fantastic creative ideas and work that stays on-objective, matching up to client challenges seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individuals at all levels within our client’s organizations and be able to work across cross-functional teams (social, strategy, design, analytics, and program management). They will also be comfortable with fast turnarounds and partnering closely with client counterparts to understand marketing planning processes, be able to provide strategic business POVs, and ensure that client deliverables and expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Role + Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact, developing and cultivating strong relationships while addressing account issues as needed.
  • Report to the Group Account Director and collaborate closely with producers and project managers.
  • Bring familiarity with the pharmaceutical space, regulatory processes, and Veeva submissions.
  • Lead or support digital, social, online, and broadcast video campaigns from strategy through execution and stay up-to-date on the client’s brand, digital presence, and social trends and channels.
  • Contribute to strategic concepts, drive initiatives, and represent the team and the Agency’s values.
  • Distill and interpret client feedback, communicating next steps and deliverables to the team in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the development of high-quality creative and design work by sharing expertise and demonstrating strong creative judgment.
  • Partner with the project management team to track and manage finances and share updates with clients as needed.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Group Account Director and effectively manage both upward and downward reporting.
  • Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and inspiration.
  • Be comfortable with pre-production and post-production processes with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with account leads to drive new initiatives for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations representing the creative with a clear rationale for all choices.
  • Accurately communicate the team’s efforts internally and externally, recognizing and rewarding success within the team.

Requirements

    • 6+ years as a brand steward and business partner to clients, including at least 3 years delivering and managing integrated marketing campaigns within an agency environment.
    • Experience in pharmaceutical advertising, ideally including new brand launches.
    • Demonstrated experience presenting strategic and creative work to clients; strong conceptual thinker able to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
    • Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset, able to collaborate with senior clients and internal leadership while rolling up sleeves to manage day-to-day execution.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to sell cross-disciplinary work.
    • Comfortable working with uncertainty, learning quickly, and problem-solving in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

Benefits

The salary band for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
