Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others? Complete Health is looking for a Pharmacy Clerk to join our pharmacy team and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our patients. What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Clerk, your primary focus is excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting pharmacy customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing prescription intake for new prescriptions and refills
- Informing patients of expected wait times
- Operating the cash register for prescription purchases
- Keeping the pharmacy area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Completing end-of-day pharmacy procedures
- Supporting the Pharmacist with additional duties as assigned
- Maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality and safety compliance

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, dependable, and prompt
- Sensitivity and commitment to serving low-income, underserved, and diverse populations
