We’re looking for a Pharmacy Dispensing Technician in our Data Entry team who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and licensed in New Jersey with CPhT certification.   • Accurately enter prescriptions into our pharmacy system

  • Assist with prior authorization processing and documentation

  • Collaborate with QA Analysts and Pharmacists on order accuracy and re-ship decisions

  • Communicate with doctors or patients for out-of-stock medications

  • Help patients resolve payment or insurance issues

  • Update patient information (e.g., address, insurance, credit card)

  • Run test claims for potential patients to determine co-pays

  • Maintain patient notes and follow up proactively—especially during insurance transitions

  • All work is performed under close pharmacist supervision with continuous training

  • Expect to be cross-trained in related pharmacy roles for broader skill development

    Requirements

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

  • Licensed in the State of New Jersey

  •  Organized, accurate, and motivated by patient care

  •  Comfortable with pharmacy software and modern digital systems
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills
