Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmacy Technician – Filler to join our Alhambra pharmacy team at AllRx.ai. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the precise preparation, labeling, and packaging of prescription medications that support residents across Assisted Living and Long-Term Care facilities.
As part of a technology-driven pharmacy network, you’ll work with digital systems that streamline workflows and ensure on-time, accurate medication fulfillment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly support the seamless care model that powers the AllCare.ai ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Accurate Order Fulfillment: Fill and label prescription orders for bulk delivery to LTC facilities, verifying medication names, dosages, strengths, and quantities.
- Inventory Management: Track medication stock levels, rotate inventory, and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervising pharmacist.
- Packaging & Preparation: Prepare and package medications according to facility-specific requirements, using blister packs, vials, or other approved containers.
- Digital Queue Management: Manage the digital filling queue to ensure timely processing of tech-enabled orders and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Quality & Compliance: Verify completeness of all outgoing packages, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the pharmacy team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Environment: Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or mail-order pharmacy setting.
- Familiarity with bulk prescription filling and automated dispensing processes.
- Experience using pharmacy management software and digital workflow systems.
