Overview

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Front-End Team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a non-retail, patient-focused compounding pharmacy role offering steady weekday hours, a collaborative team environment, and meaningful work supporting physicians and patients.If you are detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and looking to grow your pharmacy career outside of retail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and provide professional customer service to physicians
Receive prescriptions and accurately enter data into pharmacy software
Fill prescriptions and prepare medications for shipment
Complete labels, logs, and required documentation
Assist couriers and physicians with medication pickups
Process transactions through Point of Sale (POS) system
Stock shipping supplies and maintain inventory
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

Pharmacy Technician Trainee License Required (PTCB certification preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with computers and pharmacy software systems (We use PK Software)

Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or call center environments
Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience

$19.00 – $23.00/hour (DOE)
