Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Location: New York, NYPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $400,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary
As a PM&R Physician, you will help patients regain strength, movement, and functional ability following injury or chronic conditions. Your role focuses on hands-on clinical care, goal-driven treatment planning, and collaboration across rehabilitation disciplines to support consistent patient improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical and functional assessments
- Diagnose and manage rehabilitation-related conditions
- Create and oversee treatment plans focused on recovery and mobility
- Work closely with physical and occupational therapy teams
- Track outcomes and update care plans based on patient response
- Ensure compliance with clinical and documentation standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Active or eligible New York medical license
- Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation-based settings preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
