Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient OrthopedicsCalifornia Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Castro Valley, CAClinic Address:20211 Patio Dr., Suite 205, Castro Valley, CA 94546
Clinic Setting:Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab in a patient-first environment.
Salary:$90,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefitsSalary based on experience, skills, and job-related factors.
Job Type:Full-timeSchedule:Flexible (30–40 hours/week with preference for afternoon shifts)
Benefits:
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clinical excellence
Build meaningful relationships with patients and community members
Document patient care using a modern EMR system
Comply with all federal, state, and payer regulations
Services Provided:
Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative care
Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Chronic and acute pain management
Specialty clinical services
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
