Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient OrthopedicsCalifornia Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Castro Valley, CAClinic Address:20211 Patio Dr., Suite 205, Castro Valley, CA 94546

Clinic Setting:Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab in a patient-first environment.

Salary:$90,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefitsSalary based on experience, skills, and job-related factors.

Job Type:Full-timeSchedule:Flexible (30–40 hours/week with preference for afternoon shifts)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clinical excellence

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and community members

  • Document patient care using a modern EMR system

  • Comply with all federal, state, and payer regulations

Services Provided:

  • Orthopedic and sports physical therapy

  • Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation

  • Pre- and post-operative care

  • Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs

  • Chronic and acute pain management

  • Specialty clinical services

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

  • Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
