Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient OrthopedicsCalifornia Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Morgan Hill, CAClinic Address:605 Tennant Ave, Suite F, Morgan Hill, CA 95037
Clinic Setting:Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on manual therapy, functional rehab, and evidence-based care.
Salary:Competitive and negotiable based on experience + $750 monthly bonus + full benefitsPay is dependent on experience, skills, and job-related factors.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure excellent care
Build relationships with patients and the surrounding community
Document care using a modern EMR system
Comply with all regulatory and payer requirements
Services Provided:
Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative care
Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Acute and chronic condition management
Specialty services based on clinic expertise
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
