Clinic Setting:Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on manual therapy, functional rehab, and evidence-based care.

Salary:Competitive and negotiable based on experience + $750 monthly bonus + full benefitsPay is dependent on experience, skills, and job-related factors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure excellent care

• Build relationships with patients and the surrounding community

• Document care using a modern EMR system

• Comply with all regulatory and payer requirements

Services Provided:

• Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy

• Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation

• Pre- and post-operative care

• Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs

• Acute and chronic condition management

• Specialty services based on clinic expertise

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
