Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (or graduating) from an accredited PTA program
- Licensure: Current CA Licensure or ability to obtain
- Experience: New graduates welcome to apply
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; passion for patient care; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under therapist supervision
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Apply therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
