Job Description
- Carry out physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise programs in patients’ homes or designated facilities.
- Monitor and report patient progress, concerns, and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Georgia.
- Previous experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with supervising PT.
