Job Description
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered outpatient therapy services focused on reducing pain, restoring function, and preventing injury. This role supports a variety of treatment programs, including orthopedic rehabilitation and aquatic therapy, within a collaborative clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and injury-related conditions
- Deliver and support aquatic therapy programs as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with occupational and hand therapy specialists as needed
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Arizona
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy preferred
- Interest or experience in aquatic therapy a plus
- Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills
