Physical Therapist

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children with physical, developmental, or mobility challenges. This role combines assessment, therapy plan implementation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess children’s gross motor skills, strength, coordination, and mobility
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address physical and developmental goals
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to each child
• Monitor and document progress toward therapy objectives
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support functional outcomes
• Educate caregivers on exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy at home
• Stay current with best practices, research, and pediatric physical therapy techniques

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and motivational skills
