Job Description
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in an outpatient clinical setting. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Comply with all state regulations, professional standards, and clinical protocols
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a patient caseload efficiently
- Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care
