Join our passionate, purposeful in-house therapy team at Avamere Rehab of Beaverton! As a Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll help residents regain mobility, independence, and quality of life in a supportive, skilled nursing setting.

What You’ll Do
- Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and care planning per licensure.
- Direct and supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students in accordance with regulations.
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress.
- Document care accurately to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in department operations, quality initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Oregon PT license, in good standing.
- Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources preferred.
- Professionalism, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
