Physical Therapist
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Issaquah, WASalary: $110,000 – $125,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. You will create individualized treatment plans, guide patients through evidence-based exercises, and help them return to daily movement with confidence and function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and supervised therapeutic exercise
- Track patient progress and document outcomes clearly
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff on care plans
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term mobility
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active Washington State PT license
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
