Position Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a Northern California clinic. In this position, you will see a variety of orthopedic conditions, including pre- and post-surgical, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and the occasional lower-level neurological problem. This clinic enjoys a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate/treat orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and post-surgical cases
- Develop personalized rehab plans
- Utilize aquatic therapy resources (select clinics)
- Document progress and adjust treatment protocols
- Collaborate with support staff for optimal patient experience

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Must be a graduate, or graduating, from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure: CA PT license (or eligibility)
- Technical Skills: Manual therapy, rehab protocols, aquatic therapy (optional)
- Soft Skills: Patient-centered care, collaborative approach
