Position Overview
Inabia is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic clinic in Medford, Oregon. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care in a busy OP setting.
The ideal candidate has strong orthopedic experience, excellent clinical skills, and thrives in a collaborative outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
Treat a diverse outpatient caseload including post-surgical and general orthopedic patients
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Document evaluations, daily treatments, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
Collaborate with clinic staff and referring providers to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with clinic policies and professional standards
Schedule & Workload
Schedule Options: Open to 5 × 8-hour shifts or 4 × 10-hour shifts
Weekends: Not required
Patient Volume: Approximately 14–18 patients per day, depending on shift length
Qualifications
Active Oregon Physical Therapist license
Minimum 3+ years post-graduation experience (2 years considered for strong candidates)
Recent outpatient orthopedic experience required
Strong manual therapy, communication, and documentation skills
