️ What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to our residents
Create customized care plans and adjust as needed for progress
Work closely with nursing, rehab, and support staff in a team-focused environment
Educate residents and families on treatment plans and home exercises
Help patients reclaim mobility, confidence, and quality of life
