Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to optimize mobility, strength, and function.
Document progress and collaborate with nursing, occupational, and speech therapy teams.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement within our in-house therapy department.
Required License / Certification
- Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
